SPECIFIC PROVISION
- Return costs will be covered by Forsteri
- Shipping is payable by the customer as described on the Forsteri website at www.forsteri.co.uk.
- Return requests must be made known to Forsteri by emailing info@forsteri.co.uk up to 30 days after products/goods have been officially dispatched by the Forsteri team
- £10.00 flat rate for return shipments, no restocking fee,

Any item marked "final sale" unfortunately cannot be returned at this time.

Returns of products will only be accepted provided all original tags and items (still attached as originally sent), and further provided that said products do not show signs of wear and tear and use beyond try-on/size testing. Items must be in their original state as when received, non-washed, non-faded, non-damaged, non-stained, and non-worn.
- Upon receipt of payment by the customer, the customer will be sent back the item at Forsteri’s cost if desired by the customer.
- Returned items will be inspected by warehousing teams (up to 5 business days after having been received) at Forsteri to determine condition to the reasonable satisfaction of Forsteri.
- Any returned item that is deemed damaged or worn to any degree that renders the item non-sellable, the item will be forfeited, and Forsteri retains the full value paid by the customer for said returned, used item.
- Exchanges may be allowed subject to the same provisions as returns.
- Any disputes with shipments will be directly handled by Forsteri with shipment couriers.
- Any need for customer updates on orders, shipping, refund, exchange, etc, will be handled directly by Forsteri.
- If any part of the product is deemed unsatisfactory or otherwise not as originally marketed, the customer is advised to return the product for a refund to Forsteri. If the customer considers that an exception should be made to the return policies, the customer will notify Forsteri, who will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
- Any coupon, voucher, gift card, or discount code for retroactive refunds will be handled by Forsteri on a case-by-case basis.
- Following dispatch and delivery, any factors that may affect the products that are not immediately notified to Forsteri will be taken into account by Forsteri, but remain the customer’s responsibility.
- For any shipment complaints or disputes, Forsteri will handle these on a case-by-case basis within reason.

Damages and issues -
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items -
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges -
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds -
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
